Welcome to Saxon Spires

Saxon Spires Practice is a large dual site General Practice with purpose-built surgeries in the villages of Guilsborough and Brixworth in rural Northamptonshire. We provide general medical care and a wide range of additional services to 16,500 registered patients. We dispense medication at both sites and a have a Community Pharmacy based in Guilsborough Surgery.

The NHS App provides a simple and secure way for you to contact us or access a range of NHS services on your smartphones, tablet or computer (for example, book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, check symptoms).

The NHS App is available to people aged 13 or over.
