Mental Health Resources and Social Distancing

During the Coronavirus pandemic many of us are self isolating (staying at home if we or a household contact have symptoms) or social distancing (working from home and avoiding large gatherings and close contact with others).

This can adversely affect our mental health and our sense of wellbeing.
